JHOIT, LLC, Procurement & Management Consulting is designed to address public and private sector Minority business development initiatives. The firm specializes in Procurement, Business Management & Administration, and Strategic Planning. We focus on helping organizations improve their performance, primarily through the analysis of existing organizational problems and development of plans for improvement.
Many organizations require the services of outside vendors, suppliers, and service providers. JHOIT can coordinate these efforts to find quality and cost-effective products and services for an organization by obtaining short or long-term contracts.
Our goal is to assist government, corporations, non-profit organizations, and small & disadvantaged businesses with grand strategies that increase minority participation, generate revenue, and overall enhance community development.
Jerry Wilhoit a natives of Missouri, has worked in the states of Missouri, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan during the past 44 years. A former Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) retail business owners and county contractors of airport concessions. Jerry has corporate and government experience, and is well prepared to develop or enhance Supplier Diversity Programs. Additionally, the company works with all small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) who may need their specialized services.
Jerry O. Wilhoit, C.P.M.
JHOIT, LLC President Jerry O. Wilhoit, has led diversity initiatives in accordance with federal regulations, state law, and county ordinances in the private sector. He is skilled in making determinations related to small business standards, and legislative guidelines associated with both small and disadvantaged enterprises. Jerry is a graduate of Lincoln University and Ball State University with Bachelor and Master Degrees in Business and Industrial Relations, respectively. He is an expert in supplier diversity initiatives, a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), a lifetime member of Blacks in Government (BIG), and an honorable Veteran of the Vietnamese war. Jerry has worked in several industries including: brewing; automotive; aerospace; retail; telecommunications; and housing.
